This year Telos Bible & Theology Conference will explore the topic of priesthood from a biblical-theological perspective. Picking up on the trajectory of priesthood at various key places throughout the biblical storyline, keynote presentations will focus primarily on how the concept of priesthood under the old covenant is foundational for understanding Jesus’ ongoing ministry in the new covenant, as our “great high priest has who has passed through the heavens.” Please join us, as we explore together the riches of God word, seeking to live further into our calling as a “royal priesthood” and a “holy nation.”

About the Conference

The Telos Bible and Theology Conference seeks to cultivate Christian maturation in the greater Jacksonville area through leveraging the teaching resources of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary to make robust theological training even more accessible. The conference gathers scholars around key topics in the areas of biblical studies and theology. Telos Bible and Theology Conference is for the whole Church: pastors, leaders, and laypeople. The conference is named after a Greek word (telos) meaning end, consummation, or aim, with a view toward encouraging believers to live today in light of the ultimate victory that has been secured in Christ.
